The purpose of this reporting tool is to facilitate the submission of any compliance concerns or questions related to UnitedHealth Group or its employees, regarding possible violations of UnitedHealth Group's Code of Conduct, Policies, its principles for ethical and compliant business practices, and/or applicable legal and regulatory requirements. UnitedHealth Group prohibits retaliation against any individual for raising concerns or questions regarding compliance and ethics matters, for cooperating with investigations, or for reporting suspected violations in good faith.
